Dr Ava Lam graduated from University of Melbourne in 2009 and has gained experience in various areas of medicine including obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, psychiatry and rehabilitation medicine prior to completing her Fellowship of General Practice in 2014. Ava has broad experience in the full range of General Practice medicine with special interest in women's health ,family planning, fertility, digestive health and preventive healthcare. As well, she provides travel advice and immunisations and is qualified for Implanon insertion and removal. Ava strongly believes in providing an empathetic and holistic approach, addressing the connection between physical and psychological health, lifestyle and social well-being to achieve optimal health. Ava is able to consult in Cantonese and Mandarin.
